Hello to all the audience. My name is Larosa Zam and of course this is not my real name, but that is going to be the only lie you got from me. Everything from now on will be all true and that’s the story of my life.

I am an asian girl who has a major depressive disorder (MDD). Everyone may think that the story I am about to tell you guys may sound like a storyline in the movie but I can assure you that this story is all true and it is what caused me to have this disorder.

The reason I want to tell my personal story is just to express what I have gone through and to tell how I cope with the problem. I am not a doctor and not an expert in this disease, but from my experience, I know that it is something that we can control. I hope you enjoy my writing.
